So yesterday when I call home to talk to children, Lincoln wants to know if he can have the weekend off from the math tutoring. I say “tell me your reasons Lincoln” knowing there was some real thought behind the request. “Because Mom that’s what ‘weekend’ means, week-end”. Have to laugh. Sierra excited she didn’t get any “strikes” in school on Friday after garnering two during the week. My social butterfly has to stop socializing and pay attention sometimes.

So, did Lincoln’s eloquent reasoning garner him a summary judgement and reprieve? Did Sierra save that strike during the week… only to spend it over the weekend?? Stay tuned to SNL (Sierra ‘n Lincoln)… lol.
