Well as much as I hate it I am out of the Main Event. I tried my hardest but I came into Day 2 under the gun and short in chips. Worked to get some but had some rough luck. My 10 10 didn’t hold up against A 3 off and my top two got counterfeited on the river …. sigh it happens.
I think I had a good Series but definitely want to do things differently in the future. I will learn the other games this year or I will only play the Main Event next year. The value isn’t in the 4800 person one thousand dolllar events, it’s in the 400 person $2500 events. I learned that this year and whenever I can learn something then it’s a worthwhile time. I miss my family and can’t wait to see them at our summer home. Will be nice to swim and chill with them. Thanks for all the support everyone.

Great effort, Nance. Willing to take on long odds and great difficulty, the “man in the arena’s” value is not limited to when they come out on top.

You are and always will be a champion in my book, Nancy. Your positive attitude and your ability to internalize everything as a learning experience is a very rare thing. The planets just didn’t align this time to make it all come together. They will, and when they do, you will be ready.
Get some rest and enjoy your family and the rest of your summer.

You have to win coin flips in this game and it seemed like you lost most of them. You probably gained valuable insite for the next WSOP. You’re a champion in my book.
Omaha Hi/Low/8 is a really good game.
