We live in Hot Springs Arkansas & received two mailers opposing casino’s with pretty harsh character attacks about you madam . We are pro legalized gambling here based on several reasons . The first being is that our state government here along with Charles Sella think they alone are entitled to the profits of A citizens free capitalist rights to gamble their money . The state is actually breaking the law and free market principles by competing ,regulating ,servicing, monopolizing , and using tax payers money to promote the very thing they oppose in your proposals ( if it is true ). The state lottery’s alone in all 50 states is actually against the founders intent who created the federal gov’t . Governments are not supposed to be engaged in the free market for profit in the name of educational scholarships ,it is hideous ,against the law and ignorant to buy into this . Governments historically and to this day have not run anything efficiently except spend our money .
So another reason and suggestion to your cause is that you make the case that OAKLAWN owner Charles Sella is not entitled to reign as sole money exchanger to the public servants in Little Rock while reaping millions in profit from an industry
